As per the information released by the company, the all-new Hyundai Santro is powered by a four-cylinder 1.1-litre engine that is available in both petrol and CNG tunning. Out of the competing lot, the Santro is packed with the second most potent mill after the Tiago that houses a 1.2-litre option. However, when on-road the Santro is expected to offers a very sedate performance. Hyundai recently conducted a closed test dive event, and many after driving it said there was never a point in the ent... 7

Anyways, as for its performance, the new Santro produces 69 PS of power along with 99 Nm of torque. The transmission duty is taken care either by a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT gearbox, depending upon the customer&... 2

CarDekho Verdict

"There's very little to complain about the Santro at the moment. It appears to be very well put together."

Importantly, since it's a new generation, it has managed to better existing products like the Wagon R in terms of interior quality, and is capable of giving buyers a premium car feel at a more affordable price.
